Amy Zehfuss is a thinker, teacher, strategist, and facilitator who helps companies and individuals disrupt, rebuild, and transition their businesses towards meaningful growth.
Amy brings decades of leadership in innovation and design to her work. Before starting her own company, she oversaw strategy development and execution for Time Warner’s entertainment division, helping to double the business over the course of 12 years. When she moved Spanx, she quickly pivoted from content development to products, where as Chief of Staff and head of Strategy.
Amy’s time at Spanx inspired her to start Springboard Strategy as well as move into teaching. She is adjunct faculty of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where she teaches classes in problem solving at the school’s MBA program.
Through Springboard Strategy, she facilitates workshops in design thinking and innovation as well as life design, helping individuals navigate transitions in their careers with clarity, inspiration, and purpose.
Zehfuss holds an MBA in strategy and marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She also holds a bachelor’s in financial management from Clemson University.
